The Rim Sports Complex is located at
311 WINNACUNNET RD- HAMPTON, NH
It is the building on the left as you drive in to the complex
Move in begins Friday at 2pm and Saturday at 7am
We stagger move in times to ensure a smooth move in
An email with your assigned times will be sent a
few days prior to the show
The Rim is ground level from the parking lot
We do not provide carts nor dollies- please bring your own
At your assigned time- please pull up close to the door you are utilizing and unload your vehicle into your booth space
No need to check in- you may go straight to your booth-
booth spaces will be marked and either Jody or Liz will be around to say hello but certainly if you have a question, come see us
After you unload your vehicle- please go back to your vehicle and park it away from the doors.
FRIDAY- you may park it a lined space anywhere at The Rim
SATURDAY & SUNDAY- please park in the Vendor Parking Area on Hartdart's Way (see VENDOR PARKING details below)
After you park your vehicle please go back and set up your booth space.
Please stay within your assigned booth space. No encroraching in the aisles or into your neighbors booth. If you have a 5 x 10 booth space, please note it is 5 feet across the front. You must be able to enter and exit through your own space.

Hardardt's Way - NOT on site.

It is of utmost importance that ALL vendors park their vehicles (including your staff) on Hardardt's Way. We will need EVERY parking space at The Rim for our guests. If guests can't park...they will not come in shopping.
Our parking staff will take note and ask anyone parking at The Rim to move their vehicle to Hardardt's Way
It is a short walk back to the Rim or we offer a shuttle
There is a small path you may take back to The Rim building...it is located next to the ice rink you see on the left side as you drive down Hardardt Way.
We do have handicapped parking on a small field at The Rim for drivers with a tag or injury- ask our parking crew. Please though- if it is a passenger that is handicapped, and the driver is not whom the Handicap Tag was issued to... please drop off your passenger(s) at The Rim and park your vehicle on Hardardt's Way and leave the handicap spaces for those drives that need the assistance. (Thank you).
If you would like to use the shuttle and do not easily see it -

DIRECTIONS TO HARDARDT'S WAY:
At the Rim Entrance - turn left onto Winnacunnet Rd
at the next left- turn left onto Landing Rd
at the next left- turn left into Hardardt's Drive
To avoid a ticket- we suggest vehicles park on the "field" side of the road. Please park as far off the road as possible...ensure at least half your vehicle is out of the road.
RIM HOURS:
Rim closes at 7pm Friday
Rim opens at 7am Saturday
Rim opens at 8am Sunday
Please be ready to sell by 9:30am both mornings...if we can open earlier than 10am, let's!

REMINDER FOR PARKING
When parking on Hardardt Way...please pull your tires off the road as much as possible.
TRASH
Please carry in and out....there are dumpsters located on your way to the ice rink and Hardardt Drive-please feel free to use them. DO NOT fill the trash cans in the Rim with your trash.....thank you!! and Thank you for leaving your booth space super clean when you exit. Mom always said to leave the space cleaner then when you found it...don't forget all those broken zip ties.
BOOTH NUMBERS
We will need to collect the booth numbers, please do not discard them.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
The fabulous Big Bad food truck outside, Kettle Popcorn (freshly popped) and Clyde's Cupcakes all outside the front doors.
Boogie's Cafe will be inside offering concession food and coffee both Saturday and Sunday mornings
We will have Maeve's Mobile Cocktail Hour inside the Gym....offering morning adult beverages plus Beer, Wine and Cocktails. You MAY drink and eat at your booth. Our guests may walk around to "sip and shop". Plenty of seating will be available as well.
I will have bottled water for you throughout the show, if you are interested, come see us at the entrance- no need to be shy! : )
BOOTH SPACE
Your space is a 10 x 10 unless you reserved something different such as a 15 x 10, 20 x 10 or 5 x 10. Please be kind and professional and DO NOT encroach on your neighbor nor the aisle. I will be by and ask you to push in if you are beyond your reserved space. A 10 x 10 is just that...10 feet by 10 feet no more. I designed this layout with wide aisles for a reason...It drives me crazy when I attend a fair and the aisles are so tight -while it makes the show appear to have a crowd- I rather allow for strollers and wheelchairs and booth fronts to be seen.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
Please be attentive to our visitors...not pushy but not sitting back in a chair either. If you are reading or busy doing something other than providing 100% focus on the show... visitors will not shop your booth!
SPECIAL GUEST APPEARANCE
March Show- a Special Leprechaun will visit ay 12pm each show day.

PROFFESIONAL BOOTH
We require fabric tablecloths (no plastic) - the fabric should cover three sides of your table, and go to the floor.
PLEASE make sure your tablecloths are ironed!!
Trash, empty boxes, debri and misc items should not be visible to our guests. If it doesn't fit under your tables...please bring it to your vehicle. We DO have any additional storage space at the venue now. The space is located behind the blue curtain
to the far left....the training area with turf.
Green & White Pipe and Drape will be located behind most of the booths. You may bring S hooks or zip ties to hang your LIGHT weighted sign from the poles. If your sign is more than a few pounds...do not hang it on the pipe please...it will bring it all down. Don't forget to take your cut zip ties with you.
Some booths will have a blue wall behind them. If you have a wall behind you please bring painters tape if you are planning to hang your sign on the wall (the layout will be released on Wednesday and will identify your booth location). If you are utilizing a tent frame..we need to know for placement (don't want anyone blocked) and will place accordingly. For those using a tent frame, backwalls are required, sidewalls are not but you may want them.
SECURITY
There are several video cameras. I am the last to leave on both Friday and Saturday evenings. While you leave your items at your own risk...we have not had any problems with theft at our shows. You may find ease in covering your products with a cloth or bedsheet before leaving the building for the day. But please feel free to leave your booth set up overnight.
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE
If you offer a consumable product (for example, food, candle, personal care), we must have a COI listing us as an additional insured. It should come at no cost to you from your Insurance Company.
