- Take Interstate 293 south / east (or depending on your start point, connect to NH-101)
- Merge onto NH-101 West / Everett Turnpike toward the Milford / Nashua area
- Take the exit for NH-101A / Milford / Nashua Street toward Milford
- Continue on NH-101A into Milford
- Turn onto Emerson Road
- Follow Emerson Road to 34 Emerson Road — that is the location of the Hampshire Dome
From Lowell, MA → Hampshire Dome, Milford, NH
Approx distance / time: ~ 27 miles, about 38 minutes by car

- Start in Lowell, MA
- Take US-3 North toward Nashua / New Hampshire
- Merge onto NH-101A / Elm Street / Amherst Street (depending on where you exit US-3) toward Milford
- Continue on NH-101A heading northwest through Amherst toward Milford
- In Milford, turn onto Emerson Road
- Arrive at 34 Emerson Road
