We are looking forward to an event filled with excitement, Cold craft beer, Bourbon, a Kids Zone, Crafter's Market, Live Music, Cornhole Tourney, Eating contests,  and more!! 


We are excited about your interest in becoming a vendor. We are keeping only a limited amount of booths/trucks per category so do not wait to register.


All Vendors must complete an application form either online or download and mail. You are also required to submit two products photos and one of your booth (crafters/artisans) and a photo of your food truck and menu (food trucks).  Thank you for your compliance- failure to submit the required photos will result in a denial of application.  If a Food Truck, we request a copy of your menu as well.  As mentioned, we keep an close eye on product/food offerings to keep the show interesting, provide a variety to our guests and ensure success for all!!

Sunday, August 9 11am - 4pm


Move in-  

Friday after 3pm 

Saturday  7am - 9am

Overnight security- Overnight parking for exhibitors and Free RV parking for exhibitors

                 20 x 10 INDOOR booth  $200   

Electric (INDOOR only) +$25        


Food Trucks  20 x 12 space  $350

We limit menu offerings and artisan products to provide an interesting event and ensure success for all!


Crafters & Artisan booths that are located indoors (adjacent to parking lot and accessible from parking lot), Food Trucks will be parked outdoors on the perimeter of the parking lot (right lot facing club front) with any outdoor Artisan booths.  


Once we have received your application and photos, we will review your application. This is a juried event.  You will be notified of your application status within 10 business days of receipt. 


Upon acceptance and receipt of payment we will begin to promote your business on our website and various media platforms.  The earlier you register, the more promotion your business will receive.  Space is limited, so register 

early!
